About Kandace

Kandace is from Woodward, Oklahoma and holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, with a focus on Public Relations, from the University of Oklahoma in Norman. Kandace currently lives in Edmond, Ok with her three kids; Avery, C.J., and Anabella. Kandace is extremely family oriented, and driven in her career because she wants her children to know the value of dedication, hard work, and leading by example.  

Kandace spent 10 years as a band manager working in Texas, before starting her own firm in Oklahoma.  In 2012, Kandace made the leap into real estate, searching for a career related to her true passions; new home design and helping people find their family home. While Kandace worked as a design assistant for a local builder, she gained valuable knowledge, and insight, into the local real estate market and economy. Kandace now works full time as a Realtor for NextHome CRE and as a design consultant for Phido Group LLC. Kandace is sure to be a valuable asset to your home search, or selling process. Her design expertise, and experience in construction, allows her to make sure your home stands out from the crowd!
